AEL Applications, Renewals, and Variations
The administrative aspect of Air Quality Compliance is critically important. Factories have received fines of up to R5 million, and there is the potential for Environmental Officers to face up to ten years imprisonment, for not being up to date with their Atmospheric Emissions License (AEL). Furthermore, often the Air Quality Officers (AQOs) require Annual Reports, Dispersion Models, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Calculations, and Pollution Prevention Plans.
We can help you with these. We have worked hard to build relationships of trust with the municipal Air Quality Officers (AQOs) so that we understand their needs.
We can also conduct air quality training to meet your specific needs. We are effective teachers and enjoy sharing knowledge!
